RHS Off-Season Development Program - Update


The Off-Season Development Program for incoming RHS Players (current grades 8-11) will provide opportunities for all to improve their game, including:

Spring Training with Ashley Graham
Monday evenings 7:00-8:30, starting March 19th through May 21st (for 7 of 10 Mondays, see Blog Calendar for dates). Sessions will include 60 minutes skills + optional 30 minute scrimmage. Cost is $60 for the season (includes 1 FREE session when pre-paid!).  Please confirm your participation and make payment directly to Ashley (phone: 425-765-7162, email: algraham22@gmail.com, address: 8835 166th Ave NE Apt D102, Redmond 98052).

Spring Team Practices with Coach Mark Jorgensen
Wednesday evenings starting March 21st through May 23rd.  All players are welcome to practice with the Spring Travel Team. There is no cost for these practices.  Please contact Coach Jorgensen in-advance if you plan on attending these practices  (425-503-3838).

Spring Travel Team
Comprised mainly of upperclassmen who are able to fully commit to Spring Training and Tournaments, this team will be Coached by Mark Jorgensen, and  be entered in a few competitive tournaments including Best In The West (Yakima) and MSNM Spring Fling (Seattle).  Details of the program will be email'd directly to participants.


Spring Local Team 
Formation of a second local team to play in a few local tournaments is to be determined based on the turn-out and level of interest expressed in March.  Please register for Spring Training with Ashley Graham and plan to attend Team Practices with Coach Mark Jorgensen in March if you would like to be part of a 2nd Local Spring Team.

June Program with Coach Barashkoff 
Will start the first week after Memorial Day Weekend.  A tentative practice and tournament schedule has been posted on the Blog Calendar, with 4 training events per week, including: Team Practices immediately after-school on Tuesday's and Thursday's, Training with Ashley Graham on Monday evenings, and Open Gym on Wednesday evenings.  Expectation is that girls who want to play RHS Basketball participate in the June Program, attending at least 3 training events per week and local tournaments when their schedule permits.   Most of the cost of the June Program is paid for by the Girls Basketball Booster Club, there may be a small fee for tournaments.  If you have not already done so, please email katedunn1963@gmail.com to confirm your participation in the June Program.

Stang Camp 
June 26-28 are tentative (LWSD last day is Monday).  There is no cost for the HS Camp.
